475 is a new seven story condominium building with 22 dwelling units and one retail space. The ground level contains the entrance lobby, the retail space, and a 23 space parking garage. The garage is unique for the Tampa Bay area in that it utilizes car lifts to provide a second parking space for each unit. There are four units per level on the second through sixth floors.
