A renovation of a one-time hotel and furniture store into a mixed-use venue for visual art education, exhibition and patronage. This project integrates disparate uses while establishing a distinctly progressive image for a non-profit institution situated in a redeveloping portion of St. Petersburg’s active retail / entertainment spine. Additional program elements include administrative offices and two loft style apartments for artists-in-residence.
