As the first new infill residential project within the Mirror Lake area of downtown St. Petersburg in over 20 years, Calla Terrace Townhomes was designed to appeal to first time homeowners. The 15 townhouses are organized around two pedestrian mews, and each has a private outdoor garden and a one-car covered parking space. There are 12 two-bedroom units each with 1,250 square feet and 3 one-bedroom “loft” units with 1,000 square feet each.
