Charles Court is a downtown townhouse project that is a modern interpretation of a bungalow court. There are a total of 19 three-story homes with four different floor plans ranging from 1,390 to 1,850 square feet. The four units facing onto 4th Avenue South create a traditional rowhouse street frontage. A break between these townhouses leads to a pedestrian mews that culminates in a landscaped courtyard. The house at the north end of the courtyard has a roof deck that is accessed by a stair tower which is the focal point of the project.
