CityLofts South is a 15-unit downtown townhouse project. This project is in many ways a sequel to our earlier Straub Court in that it too is organized around a mixed pedestrian-auto court. The site is across the street from a small park that is unusual, at least for St. Petersburg, in that it is ringed with a number of brick buildings. This inspired the design of the two units that front onto the street which are imagined to be the rehabilitated remnants of early 20th century commercial buildings. The other units are decidedly modern with open plans and large expanses of glass in the minimally detailed facades. This project features five different floor plans ranging in size from 1,470 to 1,920 square feet. This project was designed by clemmonsArchitecture with construction documents prepared by Tampa firm rojo architecture.
