This 6-unit townhouse project is located within the redeveloping Mirror Lake district of downtown St. Petersburg. Each of the 3-story residences has 1,650 square feet of air-conditioned space plus a one-car garage. They were designed for a target market of young professional couples. The open floor plans and material finishes were selected to give the project a contemporary character. Angled bays at the front and rear of the building animate the facades.
The residences are designed to be energy efficient. There are minimal windows on the east and west ends of the project, and the open plans on the second and third floors allow for natural ventilation during temperate seasons. The building envelope is well insulated and the air-conditioning units are high efficiency to reduce energy use during the hot, humid summer months.
