Seybold Lofts

This project consists of the conversion of a 1926 bread factory into 33 residential lofts. This 54,000 square foot, 2-story building is unique in that it is an industrial building with an elaborate Mediterranean Revival style front facade. The building is a city of Tampa historic landmark and the renovations are being carried out in conformance with the Department of Interior standards. In addition to the conversion of the factory building, clemmonsArchitecture master planned the site incorporating a new four-story condominium building, 12 three-story townhomes and four narrow-lot, single-family homes, each of which will be designed by different architectural firms.
