Built in 1929, the nine-story Snell Arcade is one of the most significant architectural landmarks in St. Petersburg. This renovation consisted of the conversion of the full-basement into executive-style office suites and of the second through seventh floors into 12 residential units. The existing ground level shops and two-story apartment at the top of the building maintained their historic uses. A typical tower floor contains only one residential unit. The interiors are styled in a contemporary fashion but utilize materials that complement the building’s original finishes.
