Straub Court is a downtown townhouse project that is inspired by 1950’s Florida Modern architecture. It responds to its subtropical environment with broad overhangs, cross- ventilation and superior insulation. The half-acre site has three, three-story buildings organized around a brick paved motor court. Individual units are distinguished by open floor plans and large expanses of glass. There are a total of 14 homes with three different floor plans ranging from 1,390 square feet to 1,960 square feet.
